Booking policy.

Due to the high demand for our services, we ask that you read and agree to our terms and conditions before booking an appointment.

  • We are delighted to have you at Sandra Velandia!

    As a new client, a $50 deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited towards your total service cost.

    We will send you an SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule, to avoid forfeiting your deposit

    Ensuring the promptness of your appointment is our top priority. To ensure you have ample time to attend to any personal needs and fully enjoy your facial without it being shortened, we kindly recommend arriving 10 minutes early. This will allow you the opportunity to complete any necessary paperwork, use the restroom, hydrate with water, or enjoy a nice cup of tea or espresso before your facial begins.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice.

    In the unlikely event your card declines due to a no-show or a late cancellation, a pending balance will be applied to your account, which must be settled prior to scheduling future appointments. A deposit will be required for all subsequent bookings.

    We always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but the high demand for our services only allows us to provide a small window for genuine short-notice cancellations.

  • For same-day cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.   • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay and Google Pay.

    Please be advised that payment for all treatments is required on the day of service. Failure to make payment on the day may result in suspension of clinic access and cancellation of any future appointments.

    In certain situations, we may need to inform relevant authorities and may pursue legal action to recover outstanding payments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
