  • Before Laser:

    1. Avoid waxing, tweezing, bleaching, or using hair removal creams/electrolysis on the treatment area for at least 4 weeks.

    2. Steer clear of direct sun exposure for 4 weeks.

    3. Refrain from using tanning beds, and self-tanning cream/spray for at least 2 weeks.

    4. Shave the treatment area at least within 24 hours of your appointment.

    5. Arrive at our clinic without lotions, deodorant, and makeup.

    6. Wear loose-fitting clothing exposing the treatment area.

    After Laser Hair Removal:

    1. Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners until treatments are completed.

    2. Steer clear of hot showers, saunas, hot tubs, swimming, and strenuous activity for 2-3 days or until redness resolves.

    3. Avoid waxing, tweezing, bleaching, or using hair removal creams/electrolysis until all treatments are completed.

    4. Don't shave the treatment area for at least 3 days.

    5. Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen when outdoors.

    6. Use ice packs or aloe vera as needed to soothe redness or swelling.
